I have medical insurance; will you file a claim for me?
We have an excellent billing staff who will ensure claims to your medical insurance are sent in a timely manner. Our staff will file both your primary and secondary insurance.

What if my health insurance will not cover treatment?
During your first couple of visits you will meet with our Patient Advocate. This person will have already spoken with a representative from your insurance company and have available for you what will and will not be covered. There are payment options available, plus resources elsewhere for low-income families.

When are my co-pays expected?
Any money due that is your responsibility will be collected at the time of service. Co-pays are generally paid at the reception desk.
