Will you give my other PCP's lab results or draw labs for my other physicians?
Due to staff workload and insurance limitation we are unable to draw for other offices. However, if a copy of lab work is needed at another facility or cancer center, we will be happy to make copies as needed.
Do I get notified of lab results?
A registered nurse or medical assistant will contact you if there is an abnormal lab after the physician reviews results. If there is no need for further follow-up, you will not receive a phone call.
When will I receive CT test results?
An appointment for CT review will be made when your CT Scan is scheduled.
When will my doctor call me if need be?
Physicians at the Cancer Center make their phone calls at the end of the day, typically in the late afternoon into the early evening.
Do I need to make an appointment with the Cancer Center for quick lab visits?
Yes.
When I need a prescription refilled or called in, what should I do?
Please allow for 24 to 48 hours for prescription refills. Please note that narcotic prescriptions can not be called in.
